    Grow Your Kids is a social marketing campaign intended to increase fruit and vegetable consumption among Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program recipients by disseminating a consistent message: Grow Your Kids with Fruits and Veggies.

  • Family Bookbag
    The Eat Healthy. Play Hard. Read More. Family Bookbag is currently out of print (10/1/2009), and we are working on the update. It should be available by the end of 2009.
    This bookbag is for children in grades K-2 and their families. The bookbag and everything inside promotes and encourages families to: choose and eat healthy foods, be physically active, enjoy family mealtime, and read together.

    The Fruit & Veggie Bookbag is for students in grades K-2 and their families. The bookbag and everything inside promotes and encourages families to have fun reading together while learning about fruits and vegetables and where they come from, being active, and spending family time together.     A Healthy Beginning is Important. The Preschool Bookbag, helps young children learn to appreciate and enjoy books — while learning about colorful and healthy fruits and vegetables — at the same time! (#CYFC042)

  • We Like to Eat CoverWe Like to Eat
    We Like To Eat/Nos Gusta Comer is a paperback children's book designed to reach a culturally and linguistically diverse population with a nutrition education message. There are two versions - one in English and one in Spanish. The book includes simple, low cost recipes from each food group for readers to try at home. The recipes were adjusted in response to the results of the childrens' taste tests and the books were edited using the feedback from the parent evaluations.
